Geography Matters video - GeoDave
David Rayner's great video on why geography is so important - great to show to Year 7 just getting started with geography as a separate subject, or to Year 9 before options. To me it has also been a challenge - to make sure that what I am teaching is about stuff that does 'matter' to the kids I am teaching, and / or discussing why e.g. the study of glaciers 'matters'.
